Okay I'm ready to book... How do I Book?
1.Fill out the contact form and pick your package.
Fill out the contact form below.
Once you fill it out and choose your package, I will do my best to respond within 24 hours with some more info to get you started on planning your photography vision.
If you fill out a form on the weekend I will get back to you the following Monday.
2.Picking your date, timing, location, and style
The next step is figuring out your date, time, location and wardrobe. I'll send you ideas and we will go back and forth to create the perfect vision together.
3.Sign your contract & pay your deposit
Once all your details for your session are good and ready to go (date, time, location), I will send over your contract. You can then sign and pay your deposit ($100 non-refundable). Your deposit will go towards your session price. (Keep in mind that your spot is not secure until these two tasks have been completed.)
A $100 NON REFUNDABLE RETAINER FEE IS DUE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING AND WILL GO TOWARDS YOUR SESSION PRICE.

What's your booking process?
Once you fill out a booking form and we chat about all the details for your session, I will then send you a contract to sign as well as an invoice for payment.
For portrait sessions payment is due one week before your session date. If you are paying cash you may pay the day of your session.
Do I get to choose my favorite images from the Aloha Package?
Yes!!
I will deliver your whole gallery with all the best shots from your session where you can choose your favorites. Once you complete your list I will send you a download link to save, and share your favs with friends and family. You will also have the option to purchase additional digital downloads or even your whole gallery if you are having a hard time deciding.
How will we receive our photos from you?
You will receive your images in an online gallery. For portrait sessions a link to your gallery will be emailed to you about 3-4 weeks after your session date. You can download/ save your images from your gallery, order beautiful high quality prints and share with friends and family.

What happens if the weather is bad?
Hawaii is a magical place. The only time I have ever canceled a session was because we couldn't access the roads because of a fire. If the weather is funky we can usually choose a different part of the island to do your session, or we can figure out another day during your stay. I would discourage my clients from being afraid of wind or rain, rain passes quickly and wind makes for beautiful hair blown images. Trust your artist.. I can make magic happen when elements change, and if I can't I will reschedule with you. Most of the time if one beach is raining, the next one is sunny. Fret not dear friends.
What should I wear for my portrait session?
This is a great question.
I am here to help you style your session. After chatting a little with you and getting an idea of your likes/ dislikes and current style.. we will create a Pinterest board of wardrobe ideas for your session. Remember to put yourself outside of the box sometimes with wardrobe style. While helping you create your vision, I am seeing the whole image in my head and if you have shared photos of yourself and your family I am also seeing wardrobe and colors and what would make for beautiful artistic images. Again trust your artist, be open to ideas. I want you to have beautiful, magical images that flow with style and location.
Every portrait session comes with wardrobe styling help if needed.
